Great shot. It remembers me at the beginning when I go to Paris and made pictures with high speed B&W film in jazz concert. There was noise and it doesn't bother me.

Ulli - to inform a Lumix FZ-community that their photos have noise is similar to telling a 60 year old that he´s not 30 anymore- he KNOWS and could't care less.
The FZ-cameras enable us to create high-quality photos that no-one else can make without investing thousands of dollars. I took this photo hand-held with the 35mm equivalent of 734mm and a shutterspeed of 1/40. Are you capable of doing that with your outfit? Yes, some noise is visible, especially when you press your nose to the screen, but who in his right mind would do that? And to be honest, I think that in this case, the 'noise' is adding to the total value of this photo.

It does have an unusual "textured" feel to it, but I thought that was intentional treatment afterward to get an effect you wanted. I find the limited depth of field, her intense expression, the cropping and the blur all work together beautifully to make this a very dynamic image. Excellent, Johan!

I can almost hear the song,good job.At 100 ISO there should be not too much noise.Maybe sharpening with Picasa created some "noise"

nice shot. but here - even in reduced resolution - you see the drawback of
the panasonic fzX0 cameras - noise ! greetings ulli
