This baby Rose-breasted Grosbeak was on the ground when I heard it's parent chipping and calling to it. It seemingly hasn't learned to fly yet, and Papa, (on fathers' day!) was trying to encourage it. The fledgling hopped around, peeping pathetically. I think he was having a bad hair day!
