This is Ruffles aka Loteki In My Party Dress. I posted a picture of her in a earlier gallery. She is growing and maturing and a cutie Potootie. She isn't mine however. We had a Papillon dog get together at a Florida off leash park with a small dog area and 25 Papillons attended.
