Hmmmm. Good point about the blur - there is less than one would expect. But it's the real EXIF data and you can see from the exposure that I did want some blur.

Tom, I'm puzzled. 1/13 and no blur on people while some of them defenitely moving ??

Tom, a very nice shot. I love this time of night - just before it really gets dark. I really like your composition too.
