Yeah, they have a 'happy hour' every day and it's quiet every day, except for the odd pratice session for serious table football players (yep they do exist!). I skipped work friday afternoon to go have a mojito there. It's a Portuguese bar in Exmouth Market, on the edge of the City of London.
