Planthopper (Acanalonia bivittata)

This beautiful leaf mimic planthopper can sometimes be found in a deep pink colour, which I have not yet seen, but still hoping! I generally find them from mid-summer into autumn. This one was on a goldenrod, but they are found on a variety of plants.
