Queen Anne's lace or wild carrot (Daucus carota)

Many people think of this plant as native, but it is not. It is, however, very attractive to a huge number of insects including butterflies, moths, beetles, bees, etc. The black swallowtail butterfly lays its eggs on this and other members of the carrot family.
