After walking awhile along the "Gran Vía", I meet finally the beautiful "Plaza Cibeles" and the splendid Palace of Communications, two magnificent artworks with so many angles and details that delight the sight of the visitors ... the Palace of Communications is sedate of the Citi Hall of Madrid.
