yay! I've been trying for the last couple of weeks to get a shot of these guys- they're not always there and they take off on me most times

you nut...it's a bohemian waxwing! they are a little bigger than cedars, more gray tan/appricot (cedars are more yellow) and it has extra markings on the wings.
you lucky! I haven't seen any yet!! (but I'm not driving that far!)
