This is one the easiest grilling recipes for Stripers that will impress everyone!

Ingredients
Rockfish Filets
Mayonnaise (use real Mayo for best taste)
Old Bay or Jo Spice

Instructions
Place your filets on oiled or Pam covered aluminum foil
Cover the Filets with a 1/2" of Mayo
Sprinkle with Old Bay or JO seasonings

Grill until filets are flaky and Mayo starts to brown up (8 to 10 minutes)

** I used this one on a professional chef in Annapolis and he thought it was something special! No secrets.. just fresh Rockfish from the Chesapeake!
