We fortified ourselves with a traditional American breakfast at our hotel before venturing out to the suburbs for dim sum

The food and service at the Park Hyatt Toronto was exquisite. Our waiters were all terrific; it was truly white-glove service. While my daughter and son-in-law skipped breakfast, I made sure to eat it very early in the morning so that I would still have room for dim sum later in the day.
