Joanne of the Wine Tasting Center (off the main visitors' parking lot) kindly took a lot of time to explain the process of making icewine and give us a tasting of a half-dozen of them. Inniskillin is one of their most respected vintners ... it was recently mentioned in several articles that we came across while on this trip.
