Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! Can you believe I've never had corned beef and cabbage
before today? Nope never even remotely interested in eating it before today. Since my wife
make it with lean corned beef, I'm pretty sure it qualifies as a core food/meal by weight
watchers. ;) For those of you familiar with WW, yes, I'm switching to the core plan as of
today. Gayle talked me into it last week, as long as she figured out where we can eat dinner
afterwards, other than corned beef and cabbage. I've had enough to cover me for a while. ;)


It's also my little brothers birthday today. The big 33 this year. Happy Birthday, bro!!
