My model finally came through tonight!

This is the shot I've been planning for some time now.

If you've seen the movie, "The Ring",
you know what I am trying to capture here.

If you haven't, go out and rent this movie.

Special thanks to Amber for getting her hair soaking wet
at 11:30 at night for this shoot!

BTW, I own both "The Ring" (the American Remake) and "Ringu" (the Japanese Original.) Both are fantastic. Joel and I differ on which one is better, but both absolutely give chills right down to the bone. AWESOME scary movies.

John, I'd like to congratulate you on two things, first, your execution of this photo is awesome, in my opinion, you really did a great job of portraying the movie, and secondly, Id like to congratulate you on bringing back the terrible memories I got from this movie. I swear, after I watched it, the following two weeks were horrible!!

I've been doing my research, this is a remake of a japanese movie called "Ringu".
It's a fair split, some say that the original is better, and the other half hates subtitles.
I saw the american version, and it's worth every penny. I may rent to original just to compare.
Either way, watch it on a small screen in a pitch black room for full effect. =)
