Frimpong in Portugal - by Jose Paulo Andrade

Being a professional traveller. I have already had the chance to visit all continents (except the poles, unluckily...)
and several different countries.
But I hadn't had the opportunity to see Portugal yet,
so when Jose Paulo Andrade invited me to his town, Porto, I felt incredibly happy.

Porto is Portugal's second town after Lisbon, the capital city.
It is located in the estuary of the Douro River in northern Portugal.


One of Portugal's most internationally famous products, Port wine, is named after the city because it is produced in, and shipped from the area. Porto is also the town which gave the name to the whole country, Portugal.



Jose Paulo welcomed me in a warm and friendly way and showed me his town and other charming places in Northern Portugal.
I've had a wonderful time with him.
