Here you have a postcard from me.
I have taken a little break in my hectic life of professional traveller and I have accepted with gratitude the invitation of Gus,
who suggested me to take a short and relaxing holiday in Philippines.

The Philippines consists of 7107 islands.

Most of the islands are very small.

Many of these small islands as well as the bigger islands, have a lot to offer to tourists.

There are many possibilities for typical "sun, sea and beach holidays" and for specific adventure holidays.

I would have liked, of course, to take a longer and more exhaustive exploration of Philippines,
but, alas, as always my time was limited
and I could not have many photos taken either,
because we had only few days of sunny weather and...uhm,
how to say, tropical rains are not suitable for a furry guy like me.

I cannot stay in the rain to be photographed;
this is the limit of being a bear....

I hope to have another chance to visit Philippines again
so if any Pilipino photographer feels like inviting me, I’d be delighted.

This little series of images which document my short, but splendid holiday
can be considered like an appetizer....
