We are in the Old Town Market Square.
It is the oldest part of the City of Warsaw.
During the World War II and the Invasion of Poland (1939),
much of the district was badly damaged .
After World War II, the Old Town was again
meticulously rebuilt.
As many of the original bricks were reused as possible.
The Old Town is an asset of World Culture listed in the
UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 1980.
