Zubrowka is a style of vodka.
In the 13th century Polish noblemen started to infuse
their vodka with grass from the forests in which the mighty bison fed.
A blade of it can be found in every bottle of genuine
Żubrówka and is the reason for its particular
taste, aroma, and yellowish colour.
