My so enjoyable stay in Delft will end soon.
I'm sorry to leave, because I have not only had a wonderful time with Marie-Jet and all the other Dutch friends, but I have also had the chance to study Vermeer’s art and to discover the link between my ancestors and this extraordinary painter.
I have also felt inside me a renewed inspiration as artist...
So, before leaving, I have still some time to practise...
Do you remember the unfriendly feline who attacked me at my arrival?

Well, I think she won't forget me when I’m not here anymore...
I simply hope she didn’t wake up in the meanwhile...
