Good Bye, David!

Frimpong will stop posting his new galleries for a while as gesture of respect for the memory of David Green, who suddenly passed away last Thursday in London.

David was one of the creators of Frimpong's project and saga.

Actually Frimpong’s name and nationality are due to David, who found him in London and gave him his name.

David Green was a wonderful person, full of kindness, humour, fancy and generosity.
Frimpong’s small staff will miss him enormously.
We’ll do the best to keep on helping the little bear to travel all over the world to create a link of friendship and cooperation among many photographers, because we know it’s what David would have liked.

David Green posted his pictures on Pbase under the name of Bygaspo.

Please keep on visiting his pages, because his personal style of photography and creativity will remain as memory of him.

Frimpong will come back soon with his new adventure, now he’s simply too sad to post joyful images.

I am sorry my comment did not get recorded the first time. My condoleances go to david's family and friends, and of course to Frimpong, as thanks to david, he is very much a live little Teddy bear to many of us.

As one of the creators of the Frimpong project David has been responsible for a great deal of happiness around the world, a bad day can always be improved be seeing what Frimpong has been up to. Let's hope that Frimpong soon feels well enough to continue on his travels and continue bringing joy to others, dry your tears little Bear…

Our condolences to Frimpong and staff for your terrible loss. Anyone who could take such beautiful photos and also conceive of Frimpong must have been quite a creative and fascinating person indeed. He will obviously be sorely missed.

His little hand wiping the tear is just so sad.
