In Brazil, you can say "Posso beijar você?". It sounds more natural. The expression "Posso beijar-te" is grammatically correct, but it sounds artificial.

"Meninas bonitas" is correct, but it sounds artificial too. As slang, the Brazilian boys say "gatas, mina" or "gatinhas". Those three words mean "menina bonita". The sentence "Posso beijar vocês, gatinhas (or gatas)?" is more natural and frequently used.

See ya. Fred

In case you are going to kiss a boy, say "Posso beijar você, gatinho(or "gato")?".
