Thanks much for the comments. Yes, this was really pretty crazy and if any decent wind came up he could have been soaked in an instant. And it was a bit windy. What to do then? I have no idea, but I knew it would be trouble if that happened, but what the heck. He was on the water for about 30 seconds.
Gulp... Gotta get the shot... Totally nuts, yep, but he stayed dry.

Great image! Your whole gallery is really cute, this one stands out to me as rather crazy!!! Hey, what would happen to poor him if it got all wet?
