I was not too sure if I would try eating lobster so Michele took me to see one.
At the beginning I got terrified by the size, thinking that in a big country ,as Canada, they had all in enormous size, lobsters included.
But my gemtle hostess explained to me it was just the sign.
Clearwater lobster is probably the largest exporter of lobsters around the world.
I have agreed that at a party next week I will be brave enough to give this favorite food of many Nova Scotians a try....more than I simple try, I'm sure, now!
