I had prepared a speech to celebrate the just married couple.
So I delivered it, even though I wasn't sure the guests could understand English.
I finished it with a quote from Oscar Bearwilde:
.... "The one charm about marriage is that it makes a life of deception absolutely necessary for both parties!"
All these gentlemen seemed to agree and they were enthusiastic about my speech...
Or maybe it was just a vodka effect....
