Some time ago I was fortunate enough to be invited to accompany a charming Irishwoman called Geraldine to Malta. We spent five very relaxing days there. I lazed by the pool, read some good books, ate delicious food and enjoyed a very good social life. With all this hedonistic pleasure, I mislaid the camera card Geraldine had given me to send to my office staff. Now, urged on by good Aunt Violet, I have done a proper spring cleaning and yes! I found the card with some of my best memories of Malta there. My kind and patient staff have responded very positively to my request to publish these images now, and I do so with an extended apology to the charming Geraldine, whose patience is as deep as her beauty is evident.
