Route 66....started in the 30's to run from Chicago to LA as "The Mother Road" only to be drowned by the interstates which began to develop in the 50's. Sections remain which are haunting, clearly and eerily a part of US highway history....and legend. This section runs 70 plus miles from Seligman AZ to Kingman AZ. Kingman has a love affair with 66....join us over the 70 miles bypassed by Interstate 40 and get a feel for this beauty, this obsession...........then read "Find Me" by Carol O'Connell......
