A pedestrian area in the south of Tel Aviv with many shops selling dress material and which comes alive on Tuesdays and Fridays when there are many street stalls, entertainment, and restaurants are full. Next to Carmel Market where food is fresh, clothes are cheap but an attraction for vagrants.
