This type of Ford was the first vehicle I learned to drive. On Perkins' farm, over the open fields in New Hampshire, no road and no licence or registration. First you set the spark and then the choke. After the truck was cranked and the engine started you had to reduce the spark and then slowly the choke. I think I remember one of the three pedals on the floor was first gear - but not sure. Other two were clutch and brake.
