Adequate width of bone but very limited height. Apical portion off osteotomy prepped with piezo electric instrument. Some soft bone at apex of anterior implant. Patient started to feel discomfort at apex of osteotomy. Had originally planned on 8mm implants but decided to place 6mm implants due to proximity to IAN. Pt had no paresthesia at post op call. Implant crowns will need to be splinted with smaller occlusal tables due to small size of implants.
