Flapped site, about 6-7mm of buccal bone loss, implant removed with counter-clockwise rotation, considered immediate placement but requires sinus fliping, buccal bone graft and limited bone for implant stability. Decided to graft first. grafted with sticky bone from 80/20 mix of mineralized cortical/xenograft followed by collagen membrane soaked in prf fluid, fibrin membrane overtop.
