limited height of bone and some crestal bone loss, lateral window prepared with rotary and piezo instrumentation, no evidence of sinus membrane perforation, 1st layer collatape, packed about 2.5cc of allograft with some xenograft, poor pushback of bone but bone still localized in window unless its packed. Panorex taken, shows perforation of sinus membrane, decided against removing bone, some may stay in crestal region, collagen membrane on internal aspect of window, more bone on crest and collagen membrane over crestal and buccal. 1-2mm of exposure at crest with closure.
