atraumatic exo 16, 1mm buccal bone loss, crestal incision 14/15 papilla released, palatal root communication with sinus at furcal region, membrane perforation, proceeded with lateral window sinus augmentation, good pushback of bone, implant placed but poor stability due to repositioning, socket grafted with sticky bone using 90/10 mix of mineralized cortical/xenograft followed by collagen membrane soaked in prf fluid
