atraumatic exo, labial plate intact about 3.5mm from facial gum, palatal bonea bit lower than labial gum. osteotomy underprepared, implant placed with decent stabiltiy to level of palatal bone, about 4mm from facial gum. implant loaded with screw-retained temporary out of occlusion.
