37 removed, somewhat difficult removal requiring removal of furcal bone. Attempted immediate placement, only drilled with 3.5m drill, could not get stabiltiy, repositioned osteotomy to the lingual, tried a couple times, small lingual plate perforation (1-2mm diamter) at 10mm, decided to socket graft, grafted site with sticky bone using allograft, prf fibrin membrane overtop.
