ULQ: sinus augmnentation (thin bone) with existing buccal defect, lateral window prepared around defect, no further perforation of existing 3-4mm diameter membrane defect, collagen membrane soaked in prf fluid placed against membrane, additioanl collatape, sticky bone from allograft used to graft sinus, additional bone and membrane for lateral bone grafting.
