pt has pain/swelling, tooth removed 2 weeks ago, loss of labial plate and apical defect noted at that time. flapped site, loss of labial plate at apical region about 4mm, CEJ labial bone is thick and intact, time taken to clean out apical defect, osteotomy underprepared, implant placed, collagen membrane soaked in prf fluid placed on buccal aspect of the socket, sticky bone from 80/20 mix of mineralized cortical/xenograft use to graft socket pushing bone buccaly at region of defect, healing abutment placed .
