Blade implant failed with broken abutments. Removed by removing anterior bone with high speed rotary burr and using a piezo electric blade to remove bone from sides of implant. Implant removed with elevator and hemostat. Attempted to minimize removal of buccal and lingual bone. After removal of blade implant, there was adequate bone to place 3 conventional implants. Trough grafted with allograt and covered with collagen membrane
