atraumatic exo, osteotomy prepared distal end of socket (proper position for prosthetics), prepared short of sinus floor, entry into sinus chamber with 2.2mm drill but no membrane perforation, remainder of osteotomy with densah drills, packed .5cc of bone, good pushback of bone, implant placed, socket grafted and region closed nicely as implant positioned distal portion of socket.
