To remove rear shock, first remove left passengar footpeg bracket

Then  unbolt the two reservoir screws

Slide a board under the rear wheel to act as a lever.

Loosen top tie rod (dogbone) nut
Loosen top tie rod (dogbone) nut
Loosen and remove bottom shock nut
Loosen and remove bottom shock nut
Loosen and remove top shock nut
Loosen and remove top shock nut
Loosen and remove lower tie rod nut
Loosen and remove lower tie rod nut
Remove lower tie rod nut
Remove lower tie rod nut
Lift up on board to lift rear wheel so you can remove pressure from the bolts to remove them

A socket under your board will act to hold it in whatever position you need

With pressure off the suspension, you can now pull out the bolts

Remove the lower tie rod bolt
Remove the lower tie rod bolt
Tie rods and rear shock are now free from the rocker arm

Now you can push the top bolt out and release the shock

The shock is now free to drop out the bottom of the bike

To install the Ohlins, you'll need to remove the muffler

The Ohlins shock has to be installed from the bottom right side. The reservoir should point toward the front right
