 Remove four screws holding in panel |
 Center stud has to be released from tab |
 Tab that center stud and grommet fit on |
 Reach under panel and pull off rubber boots and release center connector |
 This is how the connector release works |
 First release the center connector, then you can lift up the meter panel to get the other two off |
 Turn Signal relay is located behind the meter panel |
 Meter Panel removed |

 Here is the brace after I made the second cut made to remove an additional 1/8th inch |
 I cut the meter panel brace to facilitate easier removal of top bridge in future |
