I'm going to have to build me something like this because the tire tools that I have been using is breaking chunks out of the tires at the bead on every one of them.

All I gotta say is you are the MAN!!! I havent used my changer yet but most of the mods that performed I also did. I was looking all over the net for someone that had pics and documented the manual tire changer procedure and you hit the nail right on the head. This site is perfect for the Do-it-yourselfers out there and I am glad you were able to take pics and explain the precedure in detail. The harbor freight manual are trash and what you have shown puts a wonderful perspective on how to go about changing the tires in a safe yet quality way. Thanks again, Paul
