Got out of work early for a change (the sun was still up!) and stopped by the little lake on the way home. I'd been driving past there every morning watching the geese huddled around the hole in the ice and thought that would be a neat shot for today. As I started walking around the lake the geese started flying toward me. This is when I wished I had my Nikon with me instead of the small Pentax ... Anyhow, these four came flying/running toward me but by that time it was too dark and the photo didn't really turn out to my liking. Hence this guy (gal?) is my backup.
Post-processing involved splitting the photo into RGB channels and using just one of them (green I believe, but I can't remember), then adjusting levels, brightness, contrast, cropping, resizing, USM, then adding border and signature. |
