Artist Roger Powell is ready to begin work on his 14th "On Common Ground Easter Sand Sculpture" at the Hancock County Fairgrounds.
Stop by and watch Roger transform this giant pile of ordinary sand into an extraordinary sand sculpture with an Easter theme.
This annual event is a favorite in the Findlay community.
