My father built our family home in Kentucky when I was in the Sixth Grade.
He hired union carpenters and paid union wages for the work.
Fifty some years later and I don't know of a single board that has been replaced.
You get what you pay for.
I shoot with an unbiased lens but you will always find me leaning toward LABOR.
