I spent a brief time today shooting at the local Habitat for Humanity build.

Crew Leaders are not only volunteers but they are also delegated leaders who keep the hundreds of volunteers on task.
In addition, they must make certain everyone is working safely.
They would never take any credit but they are VIP (very important people).
