Rod Piazza. Voted "Best Blues Band" of 2006, Rod Piazza is recognized as one of the top harmonica talents on tour today. Rod has recorded over a dozen highly acclaimed releases and won or been nominated for almost every major award and honor that can be bestowed upon a blues band. Perhaps one of the greatest (certainly most memorable) critique came from the legend himself, Mr. B.B. King. During a recent European tour, Rod and his band was the opening act for "The King." B.B. pointed to his opening act--Piazza--as the reason he was motivated to play a full hour over his contracted time at a European blues festival.
