Another visit to the 750,000 year-old Mono Lake, an unworldly place of strange beauty and sometimes goofy-looking tufa towers.
This time I was at the lake at both sunrise and sunset, and included the Eastern Sierras in some of the images. These snowy mountains reveal that the lake is actually part of the earth and not another planet, but they were just too magnificant to leave out.
The Mono Lake is surely one of photographer's paradise on Earth. And you managed to capture it with great emotion and detail. Your compositions are very good and so is your light management. Very good gallery.
