Bullet hole - The General Post Office

O'Connell Street, Dublin, Ireland

"This Greek revival building was built with Wicklow marble and Portland stone. It was one of three landmark buildings to be badly damaged in the 1916 Easter uprising, and to this day there are bullet holes in the columns and walls. It remains an important symbol of Irish independence. One part of the building contains a museum dedicated to the history of the Irish postal service." Trip.com
