Saratoga Springs, New York

A Friday Night in Saratoga Springs during the racing season.
The band is "Blame Arthur Guinness". They are from Albany New York (Father, Daughter and Son-in-Law) and are a terrific Irish Band. The woman dancing is a passer-by. There is a wonderful atmosphere the during racing season.
