Delta Ponds Pedestrian Bridge
On a cloudy morning, a bit of sunlight shone on the Delta Ponds Pedestrian Bridge. I thought it made it stand out nicely against the dark clouds.

A Big Hand For The Little Lady
I was able to corner Carol long enough to get a picture or two. She has been working too hard this week. So here's a big hand for the little lady. I thought it turned out well.

Looking to the Future!
Our granddaughter, Mikayla, after her graduation in Milwaukie, Oregon. It was a nice program. Grammy Carol couldn't go, so we had to get some pictures for her.

On The Mend
This is how kids mend these days. Our youngest grandson, Jayden, broke his lower arm in two places last Wednesday on the last day of school.
Kids heal quickly, especially if they can do it the modern way, with an iPad and earphones.

Osprey Overhead
This osprey flew directly overhead, so I was shooting almost straight up. Managed to hold the camera steady enough to get a good shot. In the original image, the bird's eye is sharp!

Hydrant in Its Bed of "Hydrantias"! :)
This hydrant looks a bit spoiled to me, having such a beautiful bed to sleep in. A friend gave me the idea that the flowers are 'hydrantias'. LOL

Double Vision
On the way to Bend I stopped at Sahalie Falls. It rained in the Cascades both directions as I went over and back. Thus this image was shot in the rain. It's a favorite of mine. I got two pictures of the falls in one.

Some Kinda (Wood) Duck
I am not sure what variety of duck this is. It seems to have the hair in back of its head, something like some types of female merganser. but has a body more like a mallard. There's nothing like it in my Oregon bird book. Anyone know what it is?
NOTE: I am grateful for the ID! It's a female wood duck. I would probably not have figured that one out.
